My interests are vast and many. I’m an author and write about my own spiritual journey and experience. I write about history, after having been a teacher for over 30 years. I’m interested in the history of American entertainment, and am currently writing a book about Vaudeville. I am interested in politics and the direction our country is going. But MOSTLY, I’m interested in connecting with people.

I can provide training for professional groups, personal consultation and book study groups. I was an education consultant for 15 years and provided training for teachers and school administrators.
Discussions on AntiRacism
One topic I specialize in is how white people can develop empathy for the Black experience, and work toward anti-racism. I can speak to groups or individuals and offer guidance and help. I also provide lessons on Black history for parents and educators.
Non-Religious Spirituality
This is the subject of my book, “Confessions of a Recovering Evangelical.” I love to talk about the fastest growing religious group in America today…the “nones.” People that express interest in spirituality, but have left organized religion behind.
